We want you and your little ones to love our bamboo dinnerware! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at dmkidsinquiry@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo and box opening video of the item showing the damage or issue.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.

3. If approved, we’ll arrange for the item to be picked up or guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No Return or Exchange On:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Minor color or texture variations that naturally occur in eco-friendly materials.

Change of mind or personal preference.
